we had a wonderful stay at the panoramic view apartment without a kitchen. the rooms were beautifully decorated with comfortable beds and a fantastic view across the city and lake. the shower was excellent, and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast. the coffee machine was a nice touch, and the location was convenient for exploring.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes 🙂.

The hotel was located short walk to the fields as well as Rotorua. In overall the room was neat and reasonably spacious and with a big bed. A microwave oven, coffee/tea makers, and a TV set were useful. The location in a quiet neighborhood was peaceful and good...

The terrace offered stunning mountain views, so picturesque it felt like living in a postcard. Waking up to the sunrise casting a golden hue over the peaks was like experiencing a live painting masterpiece.

The room was neat and offered a lovely breakfast. I enjoyed the great view and the spacious bed. Parking was convenient with the option to leave my car just outside. the location was quiet and perfect; it was within walking distance of all my desired attractions. the nearby Slipstream Sculpture was a lovely touch.

The breakfast options here are great - they have different kinds of milk, fresh bread slices, and cereals which I enjoyed. the location is also convenient, and the staff are always willing to assist, which I liked. Would definitely consider coming back here! 🌟

Good view from the room 🌅. We had a microwave, electric kettle, and fridge, so we could easily prepare our own snacks. the location was peaceful and super convenient - close to everything we wanted to visit.
